Involved in the development of a 100k sq. ft. slow-moving grocery facility for Sobeys, including racking implementation, SKU analysis, MHE procurement, staffing, and start of operations.
Memphis
Oversaw the creation of a 400k sq. ft. industrial commercial and consumer goods regional distribution center for Phillips Lighting, covering facility design, racking implementation, SKU analysis, MHE procurement, staffing, and start of operations.
Edmonton
Participated in the reengineering of a 500k sq. ft. existing facility to accommodate new SKU profiles for ALGC, focusing on facility design and racking implementation.
