Meet Jeff and the team

Our team includes professionals with backgrounds in logistics, construction, and project management, as well as other relevant fields. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project they undertake, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.


We take pride in our team's ability to adapt to new challenges and situations, drawing on their experience to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Our team's core competencies include project planning and management, risk assessment and mitigation, and effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

Jeffrey Jones PMP CE

General Manager

Jeff is an in-demand project leader with over two decades of experience. Jeff's impressive track record includes acting as the sole project manager on multiple  projects exceeding $200 million. He is known for his ability to streamline and  enhance project management office (PMO) operations, demonstrating strong leadership in purchasing, site management, and detailed project accounting. He excels in optimizing PMO processes and has led over 20 multi-million-dollar projects across various sectors, including energy, transportation, and manufacturing. Jeff's diverse expertise has made him a trusted leader in delivering successful and profitable outcomes within complex and specification-intensive environments.
