John boasts a strong track record of achievements including leading complex business processes, overseeing large budgets, managing labour, and leading business development. With an eye to continuous improvement, John adds value to all his
engagements.
Jeff is an in-demand project leader with over two decades of experience. Jeff's impressive track record includes acting as the sole project manager on multiple projects exceeding $200 million. He is known for his ability to streamline and enhance project management office (PMO) operations, demonstrating strong leadership in purchasing, site management, and detailed project accounting. He excels in optimizing PMO processes and has led over 20 multi-million-dollar projects across various sectors, including energy, transportation, and manufacturing. Jeff's diverse expertise has made him a trusted leader in delivering successful and profitable outcomes within complex and specification-intensive environments.
As a longtime business owner and a life-long learner, Joanka has a well-rounded skillset. She has recently completed diplomas in digital marketing, bookkeeping, and paralegal, highlighting her excellent organizational skills. Joanka excels at building and managing relationships and ensures all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed.
